I will only trust Harriet with my hair as I have had some bad experiences in the past. She listens to to what you want, and tries to get as close as she possibly can to it, due to your situation. Very professional, friendly and personable. Loved my hair, finally getting to where I want it after the experiences elsewhere I have had.
