PAP Testing
If a venue requires a PAP (Public Access Protection) test or similar certification, an additional fee of £69 will apply to cover the cost. This charge will only be incurred if the venue specifically requests the documentation and will be confirmed with you in advance of the event.

BRIDE HAIR & MAKEUP TRAIL

If any other members of the bridal party would like a trial at the same time as the bride, this will be at a surcharge of £60pp for Hair & Makeup, or £45 for a makeup only/hair only trial
*Trials are to be paid for on the day of the trial and the final balance on the day of the wedding.
*Bridal party refers to any bridesmaids, Mother of the bride, mother of the groom, or any guest you would like doing as long as they can come to the room where we are set up.
* All wedding trials should ideally take place at our Slaithwaite home studio. Other arrangements can be made if you are unable to come to the home studio, however you must specify this when booking in the trails to guarantee you receive your preferred date.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations
In case of an emergency or an unlikely event, I am not able to do your wedding or if I am unable to find a replacement you will receive a full refund.
Bridal Cancellation Policy
The £100 deposit paid to secure your wedding date is non-refundable. The deposit is taken to reserve your date exclusively and is deducted from the final wedding-day balance if the booking proceeds.
If you cancel your bridal hair and/or makeup booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your bridal hair and/or makeup booking, the following charges apply:
- More than 6 months before the wedding: The £100 booking deposit will be retained.
- Between 1 and 6 months before the wedding: 50% of the total agreed booking fee will be payable, less the £100 deposit already paid.
- Within 30 days of the wedding: 75% of the total agreed booking fee will be payable, less the £100 deposit already paid.
These charges reflect the time and date reserved exclusively for your wedding and the reduced opportunity to replace the booking as the wedding date approaches. Where reasonably possible, I will make reasonable efforts to rebook the date.
Any trial or other service already provided must be paid for in full and is separate from the cancellation charge.
Cancellation by the Artist
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement artist.
If I am unable to provide a suitable replacement, payments made for services I am unable to provide will be refunded.
Travel
Journeys of more than 45 minutes may incur a small travel charge, which will be confirmed before your booking is accepted.
