Your trial is an important part of the bridal process and gives us the opportunity to get to know you, understand what you’re looking for and perfect your chosen look before the big day.
Please note: Payment for your trial appointment will be taken on the day of your trial. If you’d prefer to have you trial somewhere other than our studios, a travel fee may apply.

PAP Testing
If a venue requires a PAP (Public Access Protection) test or similar certification, an additional fee of £69 will apply to cover the cost. This charge will only be incurred if the venue specifically requests the documentation and will be confirmed with you in advance of the event.

Your bridal hair consultation and trial is a chance to chat through your ideas, discuss your hair and create a look that feels completely you.
If you’re considering colour or extensions, Harriet can advise on the best options to complement your bridal style and ensure everything works beautifully together. She can colour match and arrange the right extensions for you, whether you’re looking for clip-ins or a more permanent option.
If you’re having your hair coloured and extensions matched specifically for your wedding, prices start from £250, including a full colour application, cut, extension colour match and ordering of your extensions.
Please see our Extensions page for the full range of extension options available with Harriet. Clip-in extensions can be a more affordable option and can give fantastic results on the day, while also providing extra volume and support to help hold your chosen style in place, where suitable for your hair type.
Your trial is all about making sure you feel confident, comfortable and excited about your bridal hair before the big day.
If any other members of the bridal party would like a trial at the same time as the bride, this will be at a surcharge of £69pp for Hair & Makeup, or £49 for a makeup only/hair only trial

*Bridal party refers to any bridesmaids, Mother of the bride, mother of the groom, or any guest you would like doing as long as they can come to the room where we are set up

Bridal Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure your wedding booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing by email.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Bridal Trials
Bridal trials are arranged separately and booked via email. Your trial is an opportunity to discuss and test your preferred hair and/or makeup look ahead of your wedding day.
Final Details
All wedding day details, including timings, services required and members of the bridal party, should be confirmed in advance of the wedding date.
Any changes to the original booking should be discussed and agreed by email.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or significantly change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any payments already made may be subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Team Allocation
Bridal bookings may be carried out by Harriet, Louise or both members of the bridal team. The team member carrying out your service will be discussed and confirmed as part of the booking process, subject to availability and your requirements.
Communication
To ensure all booking information is clear and recorded, bridal enquiries, quotes, trial bookings and changes to your booking will be handled via email wherever possible.
